Tasting Note
Bright, creamy Napa Chardonnay with lemon verbena, orange blossom, Golden Delicious apple, Asian pear, brioche and hazelnut; flinty minerality, focused acidity and a long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Roasted herb chicken, seared scallops, lobster with butter, creamy pasta or risotto; crab cakes, halibut, miso-glazed black cod, salmon sushi, Peking duck.

Production Method
Whole-cluster pressed; portion fermented in stainless steel, portion in new and seasoned French oak; no malolactic fermentation; ~7 months aging with regular bâtonnage.
