Ripe black cherry and plum with liquorice, clove and cedar; floral violet lift. Velvety, rich palate with fresh acidity, polished tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel vats; extended maceration; malolactic in barrel; ~18 months ageing in French oak (≈50% new); bottled after ~20 months.

Family-owned since 1873 (Masson family). 5–5.5 ha on the Côte Pavie slope between Château Pavie and La Gaffelière; vines ~25–30 years; managed historically by Gilles Pauquet.
