Tasting Note

Bright, aromatic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc: intense lime, passionfruit, gooseberry, green herbs and elderflower, with chalky minerality, crisp mouthwatering acidity and a clean, zesty finish.


Food Pairing

Western: oysters, grilled fish, goat cheese, citrus salads. Asian: ceviche, Thai green curry, green papaya salad, sushi, sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls.


Production Method

Grapes gently pressed and cold-settled; fermented mainly in stainless steel with aromatic yeasts. Small portions see neutral/used oak and short lees contact to add texture before bottling under screw cap.
