Vibrant Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc: passionfruit, gooseberry, lime zest, white nectarine, fresh herbs and saline minerality. Zesty acidity, bright citrus core and a clean, mouthwatering finish.

Production Method
Early-morning hand-harvest; cool ferment predominantly in stainless steel with a small portion in used oak; aged on fine lees briefly to build texture.
