Bright citrus (lemon, lime, mandarin) with fresh herb and passionfruit notes. Vibrant, zesty acidity, stone-fruit and mineral layers and a long, lively finish.

Grapes picked at peak ripeness, immediately pressed, cold-settled and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel with aromatic yeasts; minimal oak influence.
