Tasting Note
Leather-bound books, dunnage and mineral notes lead to treacle, caramel and bramble; palate is syrupy with marshmallow, candy-floss and earthy minerals; finish of cocoa, cappuccino and mint.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, coffee desserts, roasted lamb, smoked pork shoulder, aged hard cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed eggplant, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), savoury teriyaki dishes, rich Malaysian laksa (small sips alongside).

Production Method
Triple-distilled, unpeated single malt, vatted from ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and ex-port casks (80%/10%/10%) and bottled at natural cask strength.
