Tasting Note

Family-run Azienda Agricola Sottimano of Neive (founded by Rino Sottimano); owns ~18 ha including crus Cottà and Pajorè. Practices organic viticulture; Riserva made from the oldest parcels in top sites, produced in limited quantities.
