Tasting Note
Bright red fruits (raspberry, cherry) with dried rose, licorice, tobacco and forest floor. Medium-bodied, elegant, with fine powdery tannins, refreshing acidity and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; spontaneous (indigenous) fermentation with extended maceration (~40–60 days, submerged cap), slow malolactic in wood, aged 20–24 months in large oak/barriques; unfiltered, minimal intervention.
Vineyard Info
Family-owned Sottimano; winery founded by Rino (late 1960s). Cottà vineyard purchased 1969 (2.8 ha) with very old vines; practicing organic viticulture and traditional cellar methods.
