Tasting Note
Blackcurrant and blackberry core with cedar, tobacco, graphite and earthy/mineral notes; firm ripe tannins, medium–full body and a long savory finish with subtle vanillin oak and dried herb accents.

Production Method
Classic Bordeaux vinification: destemmed fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic conversion and maturation ~12–18 months in French oak barrels (portion new).
