Tasting Note

Dense black fruit (cassis, blackberry, plum) with tobacco, graphite, dark chocolate, spice and flinty minerality; concentrated, lively acidity, very firm ripe tannins and a long savory finish.

Organically/biodynamically farmed vines; fermented in vats, matured ~18 months in French oak (≈60% new barriques).
