Tasting Note

Soft, honeyed Speyside single malt: orchard fruits (apple, pear), toffee, vanilla, dark chocolate, subtle cedar and black pepper, with nutty and dried-fruit hints. Smooth, gently spicy finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roasted lamb, grilled pork belly, smoked salmon, aged cheddar, dark chocolate desserts. Asian: char siu (BBQ pork), Peking duck, Korean BBQ, miso‑glazed fish, spicy satay.


Production Method

Single malt from 100% malted barley distilled in copper pot stills; matured mainly in ex‑bourbon American oak with some European oak (and occasional PX‑seasoned casks); bottled at 40% ABV.

The Singleton is Diageo's single‑malt family drawing on three distilleries (Glendullan, Dufftown, Glen Ord). Glendullan (Speyside) dates to 1897; Singleton brand positions approachable, fruit‑led malts globally.
