Tasting Note
Smooth, medium-bodied single malt with caramel, toffee, baked apple, citrus peel and gentle dried-fruit (fig/sultana) notes, backed by vanilla, light oak spice and a soft dry finish.

Food Pairing
Roast pork, aged cheddar, caramel desserts, dark chocolate; Asian: char siu, yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), mildly spiced Thai duck or hoisin-glazed dishes.

Production Method
Single malt distilled in copper pot stills, matured 15 years in a mix of American and European oak casks; typically chill-filtered and lightly coloured before bottling.

The Singleton is a Diageo-owned single malt range produced at several Speyside distilleries (Dufftown/Glen Ord/Glendullan). Dufftown distillery dates to the late 19th century and supplies many Singleton bottlings.
