Tasting Note
Light, honeyed malt with orchard fruits (pear, apple), citrus zest, vanilla, toffee and gentle oak spice; medium-bodied, soft smoke undertone and a clean, moderately short finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted pork, grilled salmon, mature cheddar, apple tart, dark chocolate. Asian: yakitori, char siu, lightly spiced Thai dishes, sushi (oily fish), Chinese roasted duck.

Production Method
Single malt Scotch distilled from malted barley; aged 12 years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry (American and European oak) casks; typically chill-filtered, colour-adjusted and bottled at 40% ABV.
