Tasting Note
Vinous red-berry and dried-fruit aromas with creamy vanilla, barley-sugar sweetness, oak spice and a hint of wax. Mouth-filling, slightly salty core develops into peppery, dark-chocolate and pastry notes with a long, drying finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, aged cheddar, roasted lamb, beef tartare. Asian: char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), spicy Sichuan dishes, teriyaki beef or grilled miso salmon.

Production Method
Distilled at Glen Ord and matured 15 years: primary maturation in ex‑bourbon/american oak followed by extensive finishing in wine‑seasoned casks (red wine/port). Bottled at cask strength.
