Tasting Note
Honeyed orchard fruit, stewed berries, treacle toffee and burnt orange with ginger spice, soft oak and a faint smoke; creamy mouthfeel and a long, dry finish.

Production Method
Double pot distilled single malt matured 21 years in a blend of PX-seasoned sherry casks and refill ex-bourbon barrels, married in European oak; typically non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% ABV.
