Tasting Note

Concentrated black and red fruits, violet and licorice with smoked-meat, espresso, truffle and peppery notes. Silky, fine-grained tannins, bright freshness and an expansive, long finish.

Fermented with ~21% whole clusters; aged ~23 months in 53% new French oak, 43% one- to three-year-old barrels and ~4% concrete.
