Tasting Note

Opaque purple-black. Cassis, blueberries, violet/lavender, coffee and charcuterie notes; full-bodied with floral perfume, ripe rounded tannins, seamless freshness and a long fragrant finish.

Grilled lamb, roasted beef, charcuterie, venison; Western braises and stews. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, miso-glazed dishes, beef bulgogi, spicy Sichuan-style meats.

Estate fruit; fermented with ~16% whole clusters, matured ~23 months in ~66% new French oak; blended before bottling.
