Tasting Note
Deep black-fruit core of cassis and black plum with notes of cedar, black tea, cocoa and savory umami. Full-bodied, concentrated fruit framed by firm, polished tannins and a long, smoky finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted, cold maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation; matured in French oak barrels (circa 12–18 months), minimal filtration, low-sulphur/biodynamic practices in the vineyard.
