Tasting Note
Pale salmon-pink. Fresh grapefruit, strawberry and white peach with floral lift and a touch of raspberry. Crisp acidity, light red-fruit finish and a hint of sweetness—very approachable and refreshing.

Western: grilled salmon, niçoise salad, roast chicken, grilled shrimp. Asian: salmon sashimi, tuna tataki, sushi, spicy Thai salads, cold sesame noodles, Cantonese roast pork.

Hand‑harvested fruit; gentle pressing; temperature‑controlled stainless steel fermentation with native yeasts; no malolactic fermentation; minimal filtration. Blended from component lots then bottled young.

Vineyard Info
Silver Heights is a family-run estate founded in 2007 by Gao Lin and daughter Emma Gao in Ningxia’s Helan Mountains. Bordeaux‑trained Emma led the estate toward organic/biodynamic practices and international recognition.
