Bright red fruits (cranberry, red cherry), hawthorn and red date notes with a hint of green pepper, light oak, soft tannins, lively acidity and a medium‑long, savory finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic, minimal-intervention Jiayuan series; hand-harvested, wild-yeast fermentation, short cold maceration, aged in used/neutral French oak and bottled with minimal sulphur.
