Tasting Note
Citrus and stone-fruit (lemon, lime, peach) with toasted oak, almond and pronounced saline minerality. Creamy, full-bodied texture, bright high acidity and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested Assyrtiko; whole-bunch gentle pressing. Fermentation with a barrel‑fermented portion in French oak (225/500L), ~6 months on fine lees with occasional bâtonnage; small % new oak.
