Tasting Note

Aromas of freshly cooked rice, soft umami and subtle sweetness; clean, rice-driven palate with light cereal and nutty notes, medium-light body and a dry, slightly savory finish.

Production Method

Junmai (pure rice) sake brewed from 100% Tochigi no Hoshi rice polished to 65%; fermented with local Tochigi TS yeast, then traditionally pasteurized and filtered before bottling.
