Opulent dark-fruited core (blackcurrant, blueberry) with cocoa, espresso, licorice, tobacco and savory herbal notes; concentrated, full-bodied with velvety yet grippy tannins and long, savory finish

Production Method
Fermentation with ~25 days maceration, frequent pump-overs; aged ~18 months in French barriques (partial new oak), then ~12 months in bottle. Organic viticulture.
