Tasting Note
Deep mahogany with amber edge. Notes of dark coffee grounds, bittersweet dark chocolate, vinocotto acidity, hazelnut, dried figs and mandarin peel; incredibly viscous with long, refined finish.

Western: dark chocolate tart, crème brûlée, sticky date pudding, aged cheddar, pecan pie. Asian: five-spice roast pork, Peking duck pancakes, red‑braised pork (hong shao rou), almond cookies, mooncakes.
Production Method
Fortified during fermentation with grape spirit, then matured oxidatively in small oak hogsheads in Seppeltsfield’s Centennial Cellar for 100 years before bottling.
