Tasting Note
Deep mahogany with an amber edge; viscous and luscious, showing dried fruits, bittersweet dark chocolate, hazelnut, coffee and mandarin peel, with bright blood‑orange acidity and a long, mouthwatering finish.

Production Method
Foot‑pressed fortified tawny (Shiraz/Grenache/Mourvèdre), fortified with spirit and matured in oak puncheons in the Centennial Cellar; barrels are regularly topped and wines transferred to smaller casks to concentrate.
