Tasting Note
Bright red fruits, violets and spice on the nose with berry compote and pepper. Palate of juicy forest fruits, peppery spice and savoury black-olive tapenade, with fine tannins, fleshy texture and integrated cedar oak; smooth, moderately long finish.

Western: grilled lamb, roast beef, rib-eye steak, roast duck, hearty pizzas. Asian: Korean BBQ, Chinese char siu, Szechuan beef, Malaysian rendang, Indonesian satay.

Production Method
Predominantly Heathcote Shiraz fermented in temperature-controlled vessels and matured in oak to integrate cedar/cedary oak notes. Bottled under screw cap; blended from Victorian sites.
