Tasting Note
Perfumed dark berries (mulberry, blueberry, blackberry), violets, black pepper and clove with graphite‑like minerality and subtle charred oak; medium‑full, fine tannins and a long savoury finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; open-fermented 10–12 days with partial whole-bunch; matured ~14 months in 3000L vats, 500L puncheons and 225L French oak (≈20% new).
