Tasting Note
Fragrant red cherry, wild raspberry and pomegranate with rhubarb, forest‑floor and floral hints. Baking spice, vanilla and mineral lift; silky texture, balanced acidity and fine‑grained tannins, finishing long and slightly savory.

Western: roasted duck, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, roast pork, roasted chicken, charcuterie, aged cheeses (Gouda, Camembert). Asian: Peking duck, miso‑glazed salmon, pork belly, teriyaki chicken, mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Destemmed, small‑lot fermentation; matured 11–16 months in French oak barrels (approx. 20–30% new). Fruit from sustainably farmed vineyard blocks.
