Tasting Note
Concentrated Russian River Pinot with black raspberry, pomegranate, lavender and rose oil, layered with forest floor, spice and mint. Silky texture, fresh acidity and a long, whispery finish.

Roast duck, herb‑crusted lamb, porcini mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, roasted pork belly, char siu or teriyaki chicken, miso‑glazed black cod, soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert).
Production Method
Hand‑harvested fruit; whole‑berry fermentation in open‑top vats with indigenous yeasts; aged 10 months in 100% French oak (35% new).
