Tasting Note
Concentrated Russian River Pinot with black raspberry, pomegranate, lavender and rose oil, layered with forest floor, spice and mint. Silky texture, fresh acidity and a long, whispery finish.

Food Pairing
Roast duck, herb‑crusted lamb, porcini mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, roasted pork belly, char siu or teriyaki chicken, miso‑glazed black cod, soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert).

Production Method
Hand‑harvested fruit; whole‑berry fermentation in open‑top vats with indigenous yeasts; aged 10 months in 100% French oak (35% new).

Senses Wines, founded by childhood friends Christopher, Max and Myles, partners with winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown. Fruit sourced from Perry Ranch (formerly Keefer Ranch) in Green Valley.
