Tasting Note
Aromas of nori, licorice, Earl Grey tea, citrus peel and dried berries. Palate shows mulberry and Bing cherry with toasted baking spice, dried flowers and earthy notes, bright acidity and a spicy, lingering finish.

Roast duck, grilled steak, mushroom risotto, roasted pork belly; Asian: miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki chicken, char siu pork, Korean BBQ short ribs; aged cheeses (Brie, cheddar).
Production Method
Destemmed fruit, fermented in open-top vats with some whole-berry elements; matured 10–12 months in French oak (approx. 25–40% new).
