Tasting Note

Perfumed honeysuckle and jasmine with apricot, caramelized pineapple, tangerine oil and toasted almond; medium–full, silky texture, bright acidity and a lingering exotic finish.

Roast chicken with herb butter, lobster or grilled scallops, creamy pasta (Alfredo), seared scallops; Asian: sushi/hamachi, miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, Cantonese roast duck, pork belly.


Production Method

Barrel-fermented, undergoes full malolactic conversion and is aged 12–14 months in French oak (≈25–30% new) with time on the lees for texture.
