Blackberry and blackcurrant with graphite, tobacco and pressed-flower notes. Medium–full body, fine‑grained chewy tannins, bright freshness, dark chocolate and pepper on a long, savory finish.

Roast lamb, grilled rib‑eye, steak frites, aged hard cheeses; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, beef bulgogi, braised pork belly, mushroom hotpot.


Production Method

Hand and mechanical harvest; temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel fermentation with pumping‑over; malolactic conversion; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈30% new).
