Tasting Note
Deep ruby; ripe blackberries, plums, blackcurrant with herbal notes, black pepper, tobacco and cedar. Firm polished tannins, lively acidity and a long smoky, savory finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ, braised beef (galbi), Cantonese roast pork, spicy Sichuan beef. Complements umami-rich and charred meats.
Production Method
Bordeaux-style blended red from estate fruit; vines farmed biodynamically since 2005. Aged ~22 months in new French oak barrels.
