Tasting Note
Blackcurrant, dark plum and cherry with rose petal, mint and lavender; tobacco, cracked pepper and graphite notes. Polished, fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity, concentrated fruit and integrated oak with a long, precise finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic farming; hand-harvested and sorted; varieties vinified separately (stainless steel); aged 22 months in French oak barrels (≈75% new) before blending and bottling.
