Tasting Note

Concentrated black-fruit core (blackberry, cassis, blueberry) with sandalwood, underbrush, exotic spices, cedar and tobacco; ripe, structured tannins, mineral lift and a long, precise finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast beef, lamb, venison, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses (cheddar, manchego). Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, Szechuan beef, soy-glazed/umami-rich dishes.


Production Method

Biodynamically farmed vineyard; hand-harvested and sorted; fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with selected lots in French oak; malolactic fermentation; matured ~18–22 months in predominantly new French oak.
