Tasting Note
Vibrant red with pure red and black fruit—plum, cherry, bramble—plus lavender, rosemary and Mediterranean herbs. Juicy acidity, chalky tannins, savory olive notes, blood‑orange lift and spice (pepper, cardamom). Elegant, medium‑full body with long, precise finish.

Food Pairing
Roasted or grilled lamb with chimichurri, ribeye or steak, braised short ribs, aged cheeses and charcuterie; Korean BBQ, char siu, Peking duck, Sichuan beef or spicy braised dishes.

Production Method
Each variety fermented separately, matured ~18 months in French barriques. Sourced from selected Seña blocks and lower Mediterranean‑vineyards; crafted for freshness with gentle extraction and moderate oak influence.

Seña is a premium Aconcagua estate (Mondavi–Chadwick project) known for Bordeaux‑style blends. Rocas de Seña is the estate’s second wine, created to showcase terroir and Mediterranean varieties in a more approachable style.
