Tasting Note
Vibrant red/black fruits (strawberry, sour cherry, pomegranate, blueberry) with violets, sage and garrigue; subtle spice, clove and toasted oak. Fresh acidity, fine-grained chalky tannins, juicy texture and a long, linear finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled steak, roast lamb, beef stew, hard cheeses (Parmigiano, aged Manchego), roasted root vegetables. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu or Cantonese roast pork, Sichuan-style beef, yakitori or grilled teriyaki skewers.

Production Method
Fermented mostly in stainless steel (some concrete eggs for Grenache); matured ~22 months (≈95% French oak, ~40% new) with a small portion in concrete eggs; blended and bottled Feb 2023.

Produced by Viña Seña (Chadwick family) as Seña’s second wine; sourced from Seña and nearby Chadwick parcels on rocky Aconcagua soils; limited production (~50,000 bottles).
