Tasting Note
Purple in hue with aromas of black cherry, coffee, Asian spices and cocoa. Juicy, concentrated dark-fruit core, balsamic herb notes, smoke and smooth round tannins; vibrant acidity and a long, juicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb, roast beef, ribeye/steak, game birds, aged sheep or cow cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, beef teriyaki, yakitori.

Production Method
Mostly fermented in stainless steel (≈90%) with ~10% in concrete eggs; matured 22 months in French oak barrels (≈65% new). Grapes from selected Aconcagua plots; estate follows organic/biodynamic practices.

Viña Seña, founded by Eduardo Chadwick (with historical partnership from Robert Mondavi), farms hillside vineyards in Aconcagua Valley producing premium Bordeaux-style blends with an organic/biodynamic approach.
