Tasting Note
Fine, persistent mousse with aromas of white and tropical fruit, citrus, light floral notes and pastry. Dry, fresh palate showing lime, pineapple, honeyed nuances and good minerality with moderate length.

Production Method
Traditional method (secondary bottle fermentation). Base wines fermented with selected yeasts; some lees aging in tank followed by minimum 15 months bottle ageing on lees.
