Tasting Note

Red and black cherry, kirsch and blackberry with violet, subtle menthol and spice; silky, polished tannins, medium–full body and a long, hazelnut-tinged finish.

Roast lamb, beef rib, duck confit, aged hard cheeses; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, beef rendang, mushroom hot pot.


Production Method

Blend from younger-vine and satellite parcels; fermented in tank and barrels; aged ~12–18 months in French oak (≈20% new).
