Tasting Note
Two 5cl drams: Longmorn 18—creamy toffee, orange marmalade, ripe mango, pear and roasted nuts; Caperdonich 18—orchard fruits, vanilla, baking apple, gentle spice and light peat (in peated release).

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, aged cheddar, roasted lamb, foie gras. Asian: char siu/roast pork, teriyaki chicken, yakitori, miso aubergine, soy-marinated duck, tempura prawns.

Production Method
Matured ~18 years in American oak barrels and hogsheads; bottled at 48% ABV; released as part of the Secret Speyside travel-retail range (typically non-chill-filtered).
