Tasting Note

Ripe dark cherry and plum with cassis, blueberry and cocoa; savory herbal/menthol notes, soft/finely grained tannins, lively acidity and a long, slightly spicy oak finish.

Production Method

Grapes destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, blended from Sonoma sites, then aged in French oak barrels (portion new) approximately 12–16 months before bottling.
