Tasting Note
Bright Riesling with lime, green apple, passionfruit, apricot and white-peach notes, pronounced slate minerality, floral-honey hints, lively acidity and fine residual sweetness, finishing long and saline.

Production Method
Hand-harvested late-harvest Riesling from Niederberg-Helden; cool, slow fermentation (stainless steel) with native yeasts, minimal oak; Fair'n Green certified viticulture.

Vineyard Info
Weingut Schloss Lieser, revived and run by Thomas Haag since the 1990s, farms steep blue-slate Grosse Lagen vineyards and produces ageworthy Rieslings with selective hand-picking and sustainable practices.
