Stony, flinty Riesling with lemon, green apple, peach and crushed rock notes; savory slate, faint yeast/flower lift, precise acidity and a long, saline, mineral finish.

Hand-harvested from old vines; VDP.Grosses Gewächs dry selection. Grapes undergo spontaneous (native) fermentation and are vinified/aged primarily in stainless steel to preserve purity and minerality.
