Tasting Note
Honeyed citrus, ripe peach and apricot, beeswax and marzipan with slate minerality and subtle botrytis; bright, precise acidity and a silky, concentrated texture with an extremely long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested late-harvest Auslese selection (Goldkapsel) with ~20–30% botrytized fruit; gentle pressing, cool stainless-steel fermentation and bottle ageing.
