Tasting Note
Delicate, light-bodied Riesling: green apple, white peach, lime zest and wet-stone minerality with a fine residual sweetness balanced by racy acidity and a saline, stony finish.

Food Pairing
Western: smoked salmon, roast pork, goat cheese, charcuterie, chicken with citrus; Asian: spicy Thai curry, Sichuan dishes, Pad Thai, sushi and sashimi. Complements spicy and salty flavors.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested from steep slate sites, gentle pressing and cool stainless‑steel fermentation; fermentation is stopped/limited to retain Kabinett-level residual sugar.
