Tasting Note
Crisp, slate-driven Riesling with lime, grapefruit, white peach and orchard-fruit notes, delicate white flowers, nervous high acidity and a long, intensely slatey finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, grilled salmon, oysters, creamy cheeses (Camembert, fresh goat cheese). Asian: sushi, sashimi, steamed white fish, lightly spiced Thai or Vietnamese seafood dishes, pork belly.
