Tasting Note
Crystalline, intense Riesling: lemon, lime, green apple and yellow stone fruit with pronounced slate/mineral, herbal spice and white‑flower notes. Razor‑sharp saline acidity, focused tension and a long, stony finish.

Western: grilled/steamed white fish, roast chicken, pork belly, goat cheese, light salads. Asian: sushi/sashimi, citrus ceviche, Thai green curry, spicy Szechuan dishes, tempura.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested from Goldtröpfchen; gentle pressing with only free‑run juice for GG. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, aged on fine lees, minimal/used oak influence, bottled as a dry VDP.Großes Gewächs.
