Bold, plush black and red fruit (blackberry, plum) with candied violet, Asian spice and incense; full-bodied, layered palate, refined structure and a long, coiled finish.

Western: grilled lamb, roasted beef short ribs, braised venison, aged Manchego or cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, lamb skewers, rich noodle stews.

Production Method
Low-yield, sustainably farmed vineyard fruit; native/controlled fermentations, aged 22 months in 600L and 300L barrels (77% new).
