Tasting Note
Fresh, aromatic white with citrus, green apple and white-flesh fruit notes, mineral undertones, crisp acidity and a long, persistent finish. Light, lively and well-balanced.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Loureiro, soft pressing with short skin contact; fermented and kept in stainless steel to preserve aromatics; brief aging before bottling.
